Learning outcomes

L’obiettivo formativo del corso consiste nell’offrire un quadro degli orientamenti dottrinali e giurisprudenziali relativi alla definizione del rapporto contrattuale di logistica, quale complesso rapporto che si caratterizza per una pluralità ed una eterogeneità di servizi offerti, che vanno ben oltre la semplice operazione del trasferimento delle merci da un luogo ad un altro.
In tale quadro, appare importante sottolineare che l’evoluzione organizzativa delle imprese ed il ruolo strategico della logistica, ha portato alla ricerca ed alla creazione di nuovi modelli contrattuali anche al fine di individuare il regime di responsabilità dell’Operatore di logistica.

Program

Il programma del corso verterà sui seguenti argomenti:
- Definizione del contratto di logistica;
- Logistica e multimodalità;
- Le prestazioni di logistica ed il contratto di trasporto;
- La responsabilità dell’Operatore ed il limite risarcitorio.
