Learning outcomes

The first part of the course deals with Source of law and Jurisdictional function under Italy’s Constitution.
The second part deals with the national and international sources of Fundamental Rights and will focus a selected cases of ECHR and national constitutional courts with relevance to the impact of fundamental rights.

Examination Methods

Per gli studenti frequentanti è prevista la possibilità di partecipare a una prova scritta sul programma svolto a lezione. Tale prova consisterà in una serie di domande a risposta multipla e qualche domanda a risposta “libera”.
Per gli studenti non frequentanti l’esame si svolgerà in forma orale.
