Examination Methods
The exam is oral and consists in ascertaining the knowledge of the fundamental principles and standards in the field of forced execution. The exam is divided into three questions: one on the general principles of the subject, one on forced expropriation and one on oppositions in the executive branch or on the suspension or termination of the executive process.
For attending students only, as an alternative to the oral exam, there is the possibility, at the choice of the individual student, of a final written exam, to be carried out in an hour.
The final evaluation is expressed in thirtieths.
