Learning outcomes

Bankrupcty Law studies the laws regulating business crisis, through the liquidation or reorganization proceedings. Bankruptcy law (r.d. n. 267 of 1942) was modified several times to provide for more modern and flexible procedures. The subject matter includes also the law regulating individual and consumer plans (l. n. 3 of 2012).
