Examination Methods

L’esame si svolge in forma orale, ed è diretto a verificare la capacità di elaborazione critica e di utilizzazione degli strumenti metodologici della comparazione giuridica nel diritto pubblico, attraverso le conoscenze acquisite. La ripetizione mnemonica dei testi non è sufficiente per il superamento dell’esame.
Gli studenti frequentanti avranno la possibilità di svolgere, su base volontaria, una prova di autovalutazione intermedia e una finale in forma scritta.
Gli studenti in debito di prova possono conservare, se lo ritengono, il programma vigente nel rispettivo anno di iscrizione.
L’assegnazione della tesi di laurea richiede l’individuazione di un argomento, proposto dal candidato almeno in termini generali e in seguito precisato d’intesa con il docente. I tempi di lavoro sono rimessi al candidato.
