Learning objectives
The course is to be considered as the natural development of “Criminal Law I”, as it deals with the characteristics of the special part of the criminal law system. The course aims at offering the technical interpretation and implementation instruments to understand the specific criminal offences, also in the light of their systematic outline, constitutional principles and supranational sources. Students will acquire the theoretical knowledge needed to understand and analyse case studies, also in a critical perspective.
