Il corso si propone di ricostruire criticamente i termini del dibattito contemporaneo sui principi fondamentali della disciplina biogiuridica.
Finalità di tale ricostruzione è l’evidenziare la struttura argomentativi delle varie tesi dottrinali di fronte alla grande sfida che le biotecnologie lanciano alla cultura giuridica occidentale.
