Learning outcomes


History Architecture 2017- 2018

Prerequisites: Knowledge of the specific terms of the architectural vocabulary and the features of the History of Western Europe from the fifteenth to the eighteenth century

Course objectives: knowledge of vocabulary and syntax of classical architectural vocabulary
knowledge of the work of the protagonists of the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries
able to compare ancient classical architecture with neoclassical solutions

Aspects of architecture in Europe in the late eighteenth century to the second half of the nineteenth century.

Examination Methods

The exam for attending students is oral .
It asks the presentation of a personal reflection on a topic chosen dealt with during the course.
It will also recognize based on images presented by the teacher and possibly the architectural style of the authors depicted works

For those not attending the exam will be written . It will require two themes on topics chosen by the teacher and the recognition of two works of which the image will be provided
