Learning outcomes
The course aims to give a theoretical basis on methodological aspects and good practices in archaeological field (excavation, survey and laboratorial activities
Program
The course aims to illustrate, from an historical perspective, the principal methods and practices of Archaeological science. During lectures will be explained the contributions of scientific disciplines (as physics, botany, mathematics, computer science, architecture, etc. ) to archeology, and the valorisation of Cultural Heritage.
Examination Methods
The exam consists in:
- a preliminary written assessment with five open questions (about the Power Point presented during the lessons).
- an oral text about the topics chosen by the student .
