Learning outcomes

The course aims to ensure a basic knowledge of Public Law and tourism regulations. The program will analyze: tourism regulations; tourism firms regulations; tour operators, travel agents, hotel regulation.

Program

Principles of public law, the Sources of Law, Toourism and Constitution, tour operators, travel agents, hotel regulations; non-profit associations; tourism advertising; booking contracts; hotel contracts; transport contracts; travel contracts and other tourism contracts; tourism insurance contracts, time share.
