Learning objectives
The course aims to familiarize students with the role of marketing in the relationship between firm and market, especially from an international perspective. Participants will acquire the principles of strategic and operational marketing as well as the tools to understand customer behavior in domestic and international markets. Through the analysis of case studies, students will also develop the ability to critically evaluate real-life situations.

Students are reminded that the Principles of International Marketing exam can only be taken if the Management Fundamentals exam has been passed

Didactic methods
The course includes frontal and interactive lessons, as well as meetings with entrepreneurs and managers.
The program for attending and non-attending students is the same.
Teaching support methods:
The supplementary and support teaching materials will be uploaded to the Moodle platform of the course. Students are invited to contact the teacher by email or during office hours. Students who find themselves in the position of having to recover missed lessons must contact the teacher.
Learning assessment procedures
The exam consists of a written test for all with five specific questions aimed at ascertaining the knowledge, skills and competences acquired by the students. The duration of the written test is 50 minutes.

- Ability to apply concepts to real cases and situations
- Proper use of language
Criteria for the composition of the final grade
The score of the written test is given by the sum of the scores obtained from the individual answers. Each of the five answers is assigned a score from 0 to 6 points. To pass the exam, a minimum score of 18/30 is required.
