Learning outcomes

Students will learn the theoretical and methodological bases of cultural geography and study their applications in the educational field. In the first part of the course will be analyzed, in particular, the social transformations of the urban space in the light of the structures and the changes underway in the geo-economic scenarios of global scale. The second part will focus instead on the issues of the environment, cultural heritage and their potential in educational terms. Particular attention will be paid to the analysis of the role that geographic-cultural factors play in the formation of narratives and editorial products.
