The academic calendar shows the deadlines and scheduled events that are relevant to students, teaching and technical-administrative staff of the University. Public holidays and University closures are also indicated. The academic year normally begins on 1 October each year and ends on 30 September of the following year.

Learning outcomes

The course focuses on some examples of persuasive speech, taken from fundamental works of Italian literature, and analyzes the main aspects of the art of persuasion and of the rethorical techniques.

Program

«Linguaggio persuasivo».
Il Corso prenderà in esame – all’interno di opere di primo piano della letteratura italiana – alcuni esemplari di discorsi, argomentazioni e dialoghi che rivelano il potere e l’efficacia persuasoria della parola. Lo scopo è di evidenziare le tecniche retoriche di cui si avvale l’arte della persuasione. Tra le diverse modalità, riceverà un’attenzione speciale il discorso del corteggiamento amoroso e della seduzione.

I testi citati sono raccolti in una dispensa curata dalla docente. Gli studenti dovranno procurarsene copia prima dell’inizio del corso.
Si richiede inoltre la conoscenza generale della vita e delle opere degli autori citati, sulla base di un manuale di storia letteraria. Si consiglia il seguente: FERRONI-CORTELLESSA-PANTANI-TATTI, L’esperienza letteraria in Italia, Einaudi scuola, (nel vol. 1 Dante, Petrarca e Boccaccio; nel vol. 2 Casanova, Da Ponte, Manzoni). Alcune lezioni saranno dedicate a questa parte istituzionale.

Stage e tirocini

Le attività di stage sono finalizzate a far acquisire allo studente una conoscenza diretta in settori di particolare interesse per l’inserimento nel mondo del lavoro e per l’acquisizione di abilità professionali specifiche.
Le attività di stage sono svolte sotto la diretta responsabilità di un singolo docente presso studi professionali, enti della pubblica amministrazione, aziende accreditate dall’Ateneo veronese.
I crediti maturati in seguito ad attività di stage saranno attribuiti secondo quanto disposto nel dettaglio dal “Regolamento d’Ateneo per il riconoscimento dei crediti maturati negli stage universitari” vigente.
