Aims of the course are to provide students with the ability to recognize role and functions of the social worker both with respect to the organization in which the traineeship is taking place and to the external welfare net. Moreover, students will acquire intellectual instruments to gain knowledge from the observation and the critical reflexion of their own attitudes and behaviors.
