Learning outcomes

Knowledge and understanding 1. Knowledge of the fundamental elements of the educational activity with the children, when it is lived as an profession, and understand the importance of making a synthesis between theoretical preparation and practical experience. 2. Understanding that the training is a very important experience: in general, to understand if the choice of a particular profession is the right choice; in particular to verify for what age of life and for which field of educational work there is a greater interest and a greater predisposition. Applying knowledge and understanding 1. Practice linking theoretical knowledge to the practical experience you are experiencing with the children, knowing that the link between theory and practice is particularly complex and is never a mechanical fact. 2. Practice strengthening your communication and relationship skills both with respect to your children and with your work colleagues. 3. Practice deepening your professional knowledge knowing "learn from your own experience".
