Learning outcomes
Knowledge and understanding 1. Grounding for to face the educational experience in educational services for children, knowing that the educators must know and put into practice all the constitutive aspects that characterize every work activity in a professional sense. 2. Understanding that an effective preparation for work requires a very intense phase of reflection on personal, cultural, relational and professional motivations. Applying knowledge and understanding 1. Experimentation in an operational way the theoretical-practical component that always accompanies the educational work for infancy and which is expressed in the drafting of the "documentation" of the activities carried out or that will be carried out: training project, daily diary, final report. 2. Learning to give value also to aspects of work that only appear to be secondary, while they actually have a considerable professional value.
