Academic calendar
The academic calendar shows the deadlines and scheduled events that are relevant to students, teaching and technical-administrative staff of the University. Public holidays and University closures are also indicated. The academic year normally begins on 1 October each year and ends on 30 September of the following year.

Learning outcomes
The goal is to build an educational process for learning the relationship between political thought, institutions and constitutional orders, which ends with an analysis of the transformations of democracy in recent decades.
Program
Course title: Democracy and the "Populism". Political Theories and their Crystallation in Political Institutions.
The course aims at an understanding of contemporary Politics, analyzed using a variety of doctrinological and institutional sources, with an interdisciplinary method. The many links between political ideas and political institutions, between theory and action, will be the focus. The main topics addressed are: political thought and institutions from XIX up to XX century and transformations of democracy and "populism" in contemporary world.
The course is divided into two parts: general and monographic one, more specific, regarding democracy, power, institutions, and "populism".
