Learning objectives
The course aims to provide elements of work and organizational psychology for human resources management. Program
The course aims to provide an in-depth understanding of the psychological dynamics that influence the functioning of organizations, as well as to develop skills for clear, responsible and accessible scientific communication. The first part analyzes fundamental theories and concepts regarding organizational behavior, such as motivation management, member well-being, stress resilience, individual adaptation strategies, leadership methods and shared values within work groups. In the second part, the focus shifts to methodologies for effectively disseminating scientific knowledge: students will be guided to recognize quality academic sources, using specialized digital resources, and to understand the differences between verified publications and non-validated content. Furthermore, skills will be developed to transform research data into simple and engaging messages, addressed to different interlocutors, such as managers, collaborators, media and citizens. A significant part of the course is dedicated to the integration of artificial intelligence tools in communication, with practical exercises on software capable of processing texts, summarizing scientific results and creating multimedia information content. We will also discuss the ethical implications, the need for human verification and the potential critical issues related to the use of emerging technologies in scientific dissemination.

Particular attention will be paid to the use of editorial and digital processing tools (e.g. collaborative writing software, tools for the creation of infographics and short multimedia content), also with the support of solutions based on artificial intelligence, the use of which will be guided and discussed in a critical way. The teaching approach is oriented towards active participation, applied reflection and the development of transversal skills, in line with the objectives of the course.
