Formative Targets
Topic of the Course of "principles of civil law" is the study of subjects regarding the juridical relations between subjects acting on an equal level. The student will learn the basic principles regulating the whole field of the civil law and furthermore the studente will study more specifically the branch regarding persons and the family, the goods, the ownership and other similar rights, the contracts and the obligations, the protection of rights, the succession on death and the gift.
