The academic calendar shows the deadlines and scheduled events that are relevant to students, teaching and technical-administrative staff of the University. Public holidays and University closures are also indicated. The academic year normally begins on 1 October each year and ends on 30 September of the following year.

Pur rilevandosi che l’area tematica oggetto del Corso è trattata in tutti i manuali di diritto commerciale e che, pertanto, si potrà fare riferimento per lo studio degli argomenti sopra indicati ai manuali in commercio in versione aggiornata, si consiglia di adottare come sussidio alle lezioni:

Lo studio delle tematiche sopra citate va sempre compiuto con la lettura e l’analisi delle fonti normative di riferimento; è pertanto obbligatorio munirsi di un codice civile con leggi collegate in versione aggiornata. Si presuppone da parte degli studenti una buona conoscenza di base del diritto privato patrimoniale (obbligazioni, contratti, responsabilità).


La verifica delle competenze acquisite dagli studenti avviene tramite prova orale che si terrà alla fine del Corso.
