Learning outcomes

The course provides a fundamental knowledge of corporate finance. The course aims to analyze the principles of corporate finance by extending the logic of financial planning, the criteria underlying the capital budgeting decisions, the relevant variables in the choices of capital structure and financing instruments in both the short and medium to long term which can be used by firms to cover their financial needs.
Lectures may be integrated with experts’ insights on specific topics.
