Academic calendar
The academic calendar shows the deadlines and scheduled events that are relevant to students, teaching and technical-administrative staff of the University. Public holidays and University closures are also indicated. The academic year normally begins on 1 October each year and ends on 30 September of the following year.

Learning outcomes
The course of Private Law aims to give students an adequate knowledge of the legal system governing
relations among individuals and institutions, which take place on an equal footing.
Among the main course objectives is to provide a clear and concrete knowledge of the fundamental institutions of private law, that leads the student to the formation of a legal reasoning and not to mere rote learning of the subject. Also to this end, in addition to lectures, students will be involved in classroom discussion of some case studies,
drawn from the most recent case law.
Examination Methods
L’esame è orale.
Durante il corso, tuttavia, viene proposta una prova intermedia, facoltativa per lo studente, consistente in un test a risposta multipla ed inerente al programma svolto a lezione fino a quel momento.
La prova consiste in 30 domande a risposta multipla da svolgere in 35 minuti e si ritiene superata con almeno 20 risposte esatte.
L’esito positivo di tale prova comporta che allo studente, in sede di colloquio orale, non verranno poste domande specifiche in merito agli argomenti oggetto del test.
Il superamento della prova intermedia ha valore esclusivamente negli appelli delle sessioni di esami estiva ed autunnale successive alla fine del corso.

The curriculum of the three-year degree courses (CdL) and master's degree courses (CdLM) in the economics area includes an internship as a compulsory training activity. Indeed, the internship is considered an appropriate tool for acquiring professional skills and abilities and for facilitating the choice of a future professional outlet that aligns with one's expectations, aptitudes, and aspirations. The student can acquire further competencies and interpersonal skills through practical experience in a work environment.
