Academic calendar
The academic calendar shows the deadlines and scheduled events that are relevant to students, teaching and technical-administrative staff of the University. Public holidays and University closures are also indicated. The academic year normally begins on 1 October each year and ends on 30 September of the following year.

Examination Methods
Non sono previste prove intermedie.
Ciascun appello d'esame prevede una giornata nella quale è fissata una prova scritta, e una o più giornate destinate alle prove orali, di modo che l'esame potrà essere sostenuto in forma orale o scritta, a scelta dello studente, per la miglior valorizzazione delle attitudini di ciascuno.
L'esame scritto sarà svolto con l'ausilio del codice civile: per questo motivo, e in aderenza agli obiettivi formativi, la risposta alle domande non potrà essere la semplice trascrizione della norma, ma dovrà mirare a illustrare la ratio della stessa nel sistema del Diritto Commerciale, sottolineando i punti di contatto e di distanza con le norme previste per altri istituti.
L'esame orale si svolgerà quale interrogazione frontale classica, alla quale lo studente dovrà comunque presentarsi con un'edizione aggiornatissima del codice civile, del quale potrà essere chiamato a leggere e illustrare singole norme specifiche.
Gli studenti frequentanti potranno misurare, in itinere, in ragione dell'avanzamento del corso, la progressiva preparazione a mezzo di colloqui con il docente.
Si raccomanda di rammentare sempre la necessità di essere provvisti dell’edizione aggiornata del codice civile, ai fini dello studio e del sostenimento dell’esame.
