Academic calendar
The academic calendar shows the deadlines and scheduled events that are relevant to students, teaching and technical-administrative staff of the University. Public holidays and University closures are also indicated. The academic year normally begins on 1 October each year and ends on 30 September of the following year.

Learning outcomes
The course focuses issues concerning the innovation's protection (intellectual property law: patent), the competition law (trademark,unfair competition and unfair commercial practices) and the italian and european antitrust law. The course analyzes legal rules and cases decided by AGCM, or by European Commission and Courts
Examination Methods
The exam is written. It tests student confidence in studying the complex topic of antitrust law and student knowledge in field of intellectual property law, and unfair competition law.
The exam is composed by open questions
The questions are three and are formulate so as to check even the capabilities that allow students to continue studying independently the topic of intellectual property law, unfair competition law, and italian and european antitrust law. The answers of the students must demonstrate even their ability to independently solve legal problems.
