The objective of this module is to equip students with knowledge on the tools and strategies that enable businesses to achieve logistics and customer satisfaction throughout the supply chain, with a strong emphasis on sustainability. This knowledge is crucial for creating customer value, often the primary objective of marketing activities. Furthermore, the course aims to analyze supply chain strategies tailored for global firms, integrating sustainable practices to ensure environmental stewardship and long-term viability. Moreover a general aim of the class should develop the ability of students to identify and solve problems autonomously.
