Academic calendar
The academic calendar shows the deadlines and scheduled events that are relevant to students, teaching and technical-administrative staff of the University. Public holidays and University closures are also indicated. The academic year normally begins on 1 October each year and ends on 30 September of the following year.

Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to analyze all organizational dynamics in the different healthcare organization focusing on efficiency and effectiveness. Particularly, the focus is on how managing the product flow efficiency and effectivness of procurement, inventory, materials, products flow and equipment across the healthcare supply chain.

Examination Methods
The exam is written and oral.
The written part consists of an open question relating to a business case with respect to which the student has to propose a suitable solution (evaluation 80% of total)
The written exam lasts 45-50 minutes and will provide students with maximum 30/30 points.
The oral examination is evaluated with 20% of the overall mark and it consists of establishing the critical knowledge of the contents of the study material.

Modalità di frequenza, erogazione della didattica e sedi
Le lezioni di tutti gli insegnamenti del corso di studio, così come le relative prove d’esame, si svolgono in presenza.
Peraltro, come ulteriore servizio agli studenti, è altresì previsto che tali lezioni siano registrate e che le registrazioni vengano messe a disposizione sui relativi moodle degli insegnamenti, salvo diversa comunicazione del singolo docente.
La frequenza non è obbligatoria.
