Learning outcomes
The corse is divided in three modules that find integration in the definition of 'System biology'.
Each module focus on the global analysis of a class of molecules: transcripts, proteins, metabolites.
The Proteomic module introduces the study of proteomics, i.e. the globality of the proteins expressed by a genome.
The module is divided into theory on global protein separation and analysis methods and in practicals.
