- To know specific characteristics of patients affected by hematological malignancies (acute leukemias, myelodisplastic syndromes, chronic myeloproliferative and lymphoproliferative diseases, multiple myeloma and lymphoma)
- To know characteristics and management of the main treatments to be delivered and their side effects
- To communicate a diagnosis of hematological malignancy (to a patient and his/her family)
- To provide information regarding a treatment (aims, lenght, modalities)
- To communicate a therapeutic failure or a relapse of disease
- End-of life communication
