Learning objectives
The aim of the lessons consists in giving the students the theoretical basis about protocols, methods and techniques involved in non-surgical and surgical periodontal therapy, with specific references to the other Dentistry disciplines. The practical training will steady the acquired knowledge about non-surgical approaches. PRACTICAL ACTIVITY IN PERIODONTOLOGY Learning outcomes. The student will learn the periodontal principles in order to elaborate a correct diagnosis and execute the non-surgical therapy techniques; observing the surgical-therapy cases and learning the basic surgical techniques applied. PERIODONTOLOGY MODULE Learning outcomes.To provide the necessary knowledge to prevent and treat the periodontal diseases through surgical and non-surgical techniques.
