Academic calendar

The academic calendar shows the deadlines and scheduled events that are relevant to students, teaching and technical-administrative staff of the University. Public holidays and University closures are also indicated. The academic year normally begins on 1 October each year and ends on 30 September of the following year.

Examination Methods

L'esame si compone di due prove: scritto ed orale. Lo scritto prevede lo svolgimento di esercizi sugli argomenti svolti a lezione con eventuali quesiti teorici. Durante lo scritto non è ammessa l'uscita prima della consegna definitiva. Non sono concessi formulari, testi, appunti, calcolatrici, dispositivi elettronici et similia. Lo studente sul banco dovrà disporre solo di un documento di identità valido con foto, matricola, penna nera o blu, matita e gomma. Giacche e borse dovranno essere appese agli appositi appendiabiti. Saranno corretti solo elaborati scritti a penna nera o blu nella versione definitiva in scrittura italiana comprensibile (non si correggono le brutte copie). Si viene ammessi all'orale con una votazione maggiore o uguale a 16/30. L'orale è facoltativo per gli studenti che hanno superato lo scritto con votazione sufficiente, ossia maggiore o uguale a 18/30: in tal caso è confermato il voto dello scritto. Per gli altri il voto finale sarà una media delle valutazioni dello scritto e dell'orale. Gli studenti che necessitano di integrazioni sono pregati di contattare anticipatamente il docente responsabile del corso (dott.ssa Briata) al seguente indirizzo federica.briata@univr.it

Attendance modes and venues

As stated in the Teaching Regulations, attendance at the course of study is not mandatory.

Part-time enrolment is permitted. Find out more on the Part-time enrolment possibilities page.

The course's teaching activities take place in the Science and Engineering area, which consists of the buildings of Ca‘ Vignal 1, Ca’ Vignal 2, Ca' Vignal 3 and Piramide, located in the Borgo Roma campus. 
Lectures are held in the classrooms of Ca‘ Vignal 1, Ca’ Vignal 2 and Ca' Vignal 3, while practical exercises take place in the teaching laboratories dedicated to the various activities.
