Learning objectives

During the first-year internship, with the help of the internship mentor he/she will be able to identify tools and strategies useful in planning management of professional/work activities with particular attention to the processes of managing/building collaborative and interprofessional relationships. The student will be able to collaborate with the mentor in planning and managing change with respect to the human, material and technological resources present in a service.
