Program

1.Identify the characteristics, objectives, functions and decision-making levels of the Department
2. Recognize the strengths and weakness of the Lean Healthcare (theories and principles of Lean Organization applied to health)
3. Define the characteristics of the care organization models
4. Knowing how to read the reference organizational context
5. Recognize the management action to make the magnetic workplace and the main working tools and integration
6. Acquire the logic required for the proper management of human resources (the professional development perspective and skills)
7. Identify the characteristics of the complex structure of the budget

Didactic methods

The training sessions will be held in person according to the academic calendar. The lessons will be frontal and interactive through discussion of cases and organizational problems.

Learning assessment procedures

The exam will be in WRITTEN form on the topics covered in class. 4/6 open-ended questions will be given. The questions will be structured with the aim of ascertaining the level of knowledge acquired as well as the application of managerial logics with respect to specific cases/situations and problems.

Students with disabilities or specific learning disorders (SLD), who intend to request the adaptation of the exam, must follow the instructions given HERE

Evaluation criteria

The questions will be constructed according to the knowledge shared in class and with respect to the program. Furthermore, the logic applied by the student in solving a case will be evaluated
