Didactic methods
The course is delivered through face-to-face lectures conducted in an interactive format. Sessions combine the presentation of theoretical concepts with practical examples and exercises aimed at understanding the functioning and managerial use of the related tools.
Learning assessment procedures
The final exam is a written test, composed of both exercises and theoretical questions - open and closed-, and is aimed at checking the knowledge of the topics in the course program and the ability to apply the management control tools to the different cases included in the exercises.
