The course aims to develop tutoring skills applied to basic and advanced training processes within the health professions, with particular emphasis on tutoring methods in clinical settings.

The maps: what are they, their use, difference between mental and concept maps.
The lesson: the importance of a lesson in adult training, types of lesson, lesson planning.
Briefing and debriefing, feedback: importance and use of the aforementioned didactic tools in tutorial activities.
Asking questions: the importance of questions in a training context, taxonomic levels in questions, questions in relation to purposes.
The problem: problem-based activities aiming at acquiring intellectual competences.
Problem-based learning (PBL) as a device to develop intellectual competences: The PBL theory, the importance of PBL in the specific educational contexts of the Degrees in Healthcare Professions.
Introduction to autobiographical education: the narrative writing. Diary writing as a tool to reflect on experiences.
