This course wants to guide students to recognize organizing processes to improve their professional work in health.
The course wants to provide to the students the theoretical and methodological instruments in order to recognize organizing processes.
At first, it will be introduced the socio-economic system and its more recent transformations as contest in which the organization moves. Then, it will be studied some organizing dynamics strictly related with dimensions like ambient, culture, communication, power and change.
