Program The regulatory references for professional practice: profile, code of ethics, basic and post-basic training Deontology and ethics: analysis of the concepts and their purposes and integrations within healthcare decisions The process of building the code of ethics and l 'Order of Nursing Professions (FNOPI National Federation of Nursing Professions): meaning and functions. Free profession Themes of the code of ethics - guiding values of nursing care - respect for the patient's will: examples and integrations with the concept of conscience and conscientious objection - protection of the dignity of the patient: connection with the subjectivity of pain, pain law 38/2010 on the systematic detection of pain, restraint and dignity and will of the patient - protection of the safety of the people assisted with analysis of the positive responsibility of taking charge and maintaining one's skills and analysis of the concept of supervision as a form of responsibility (differentiating it from the concept of comparison) - the duty to improve the quality of care and professionalism: keeping up to date, self-learning, knowing and using the Guidelines, continuous training and the Continuing Education system in Medicine - Relationship between professionals and safeguarding decorum of the profession: working in a team, interprofessional practice, reporting one's own and others' mistakes - Relationship with the Institutions
