Learning outcomes

Il corso si propone di illustrare agli studenti le modalità e gli strumenti per affrontare un testo di letteratura scientifica inerente l’area infermieristica in lingua inglese: tecniche di comprensione, tecniche di traduzione, struttura di un testo. Il modulo permette inoltre agli studenti di apprendere ed esercitarsi con i dialoghi in inglese e con il glossario scientifico di riferimento.

Program

Tecniche di lettura, comprensione e traduzione di testi in inglese inerenti l’area infermieristica.
Creazione di glossari scientifici. Analisi grammaticale dei testi.
Tecniche di espressione per dialoghi con il paziente.
Tecniche di comprensione per la ricerca.

Examination Methods

La prova di esame prevede la traduzione passiva di alcune parti di un testo scientifico con esercizi di comprensione in italiano ed in inglese. La valutazione degli studenti comprende inoltre la valutazione dei lavori presentati durante il corso e la valutazione del glossario scientifico finale che potranno usare durante la prova d’esame e consegnare in copia con l’elaborato come project work del corso.
