L’insegnamento si propone di approfondire aspetti fisiopatologici, clinici e assistenziali di alcuni problemi prioritari di salute selezionati in base alla loro rilevanza epidemiologica ed esemplarità sia nella situazione di instabilità clinica ma soprattutto nella cronicità/disabilità. Considera i cambiamenti derivanti dall’invecchiamento della popolazione e dall’aumento delle problematiche cronico degenerative. L’approccio si focalizza sul riconoscimento e gestione dei problemi attuali e potenziali in un’ottica di continuità nei diversi contesti assistenziali e sulla promozione e sviluppo di competenze ed abilità di autocura.

Internazionale del Funzionamento della disabilità e della salute (ICF).
La riabilitazione: filosofia, strategie d’intervento e prevenzione.
Protesi, ortesi o tutori e ausili in riabilitazione (solo cenni).
La riabilitazione neuromotoria nel paziente con cerebrolesione acquisita da ictus ischemico ed emorragico e trauma cranico encefalico.
La riabilitazione della vescica neurologica.
La riabilitazione nel paziente operato di artroprotesi d’anca e di ginocchio.
