Academic calendar
The academic calendar shows the deadlines and scheduled events that are relevant to students, teaching and technical-administrative staff of the University. Public holidays and University closures are also indicated. The academic year normally begins on 1 October each year and ends on 30 September of the following year.

Learning outcomes
Teaching focuses on assisting patients with chronic medical problems during stability and instability (hypertension, heart failure, cardiovascular risk factors, rheumatoid and hematological pathology). The approach considers the contents and modes of care to trigger specific self-behaviors, considering that most patients with chronic illness live at home and hospitalization time is very short. Patient problems will be addressed considering their evolution, reasoned patient evaluation, and choice of care based on the patient's evidences, appropriateness and needs. Instability / exacerbation will be addressed through a welfare protocol. This Teaching is built on the knowledge of the 1st year of nursing, physiology, pathophysiology and general pathology. Content is linked to the next two forms of community therapeutic and nursing education for the early resignation trend and need for support at discharge
Program
The program for the academic year 2016-17 envisages the following topics:
Hypertension
Cardiovascular risk factors in particular: dyslipidemia and atherosclerosis, obesity
Heart failure
Rheumatology: general classification and pain in rheumatology
Degenerative pathologies: osteoarthritis
And inflammatory diseases: rheumatoid arthritis, LES, scleroderma, Sjogren
Anemia. Caries, loss, thalassemia, hemolytic anemia, and iporigenerative
Hemorrhagic syndromes: factor V and VIII deficiency, intravascular coagulation disseminated
• Arterial hypertension
The picture of arterial hypertension will be presented and its grading according to the latest international guidelines. Practical examples of possible pitfalls will be discussed in the measurement and monitoring modes. Practical examples will be presented and discussed with the cynical relapse of hypertension and urgency and hypertensive emergencies. It will be mentioned in the rationale for therapy and choice of drug
• Cardiovascular risk factors: atherosclerosis
The modern concept of integrated cardiovascular risk and the weight of the individual risk factors will be presented, especially in the case of dyslipidemia and overweight. In the latter case, the method of assessing overweight and obesity will be presented, such as the different evaluation methods ( Weight, BMI, body composition, body fat distribution, waist circumference).
• Heart failure:
Clinical manifestations and symptoms and signs of heart failure will be presented, with their physiopathological bases. The basic elements will be described in order to evaluate the severity of the basic hygiene procedure and the principles of therapy, for its management both in chronic and urgent condition.
• Rheumatology:
A general framework for the patient with osteoarthritis and a description of the various components of the pain will be proposed. The main drawings (clinical risk factors and typical dental factors, diagnostic principles and differential diagnostics) related to osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, LES, SJogren's disease and connective tissues will be discussed. A well-documented clinical typography will be presented and discussed That of concomitant radiological imaging to provide the clinical features of the BPs clinical perception and the perception of the clinical commitment of the patient underlying the counseling.
Hematology
The clinical and symptomatic picture of anemia will be framed and the elements to judge its severity and urgency will be presented with the main forms of anemia with particular forms of anemia. Sideropenic and folic acid shapes and B12 are also illustrated by the forms related to food shortages and related to the different types of diet. The transfusion need will be illustrated in the context of good blood use. For defit forms a summary of emglobin will be described in particular thalassemia given the epidemiological impact of the territory. Finally, hemolytic forms will be mentioned.
Hemorrhagic diseases
The picture of hemorrhagic diseases will be presented, in particular, hemo-coagulative diseases such as various forms of hemophilia and vonWillebrand's disease with characteristic clinical frameworks and management principles. The typical clinical picture of a chronic acute and chronic intravascular coagulation is unusual, so common in a hospital clinical setting (pathogenesis, clinical frameworks and management disorders).
For each lesson topic, a space for interactive discussion on the proposed theme is left.

Attività didattiche regime part-time: modalità di richiesta
È consentita l'iscrizione a tempo parziale. Per saperne di più consulta la pagina Possibilità di iscrizione Part time.
La domanda di iscrizione part-time può essere presentata all'inizio di ogni anno accademico e comunque entro il 30 novembre di ogni anno. Entro lo stesso termine, se necessario, lo studente potrà richiedere di tornare al regime full-time. Tirocinio professionalizzante
Finalità del Tirocinio
Le attività di tirocinio sono finalizzate a far acquisire allo studente competenze specifiche previste dal profilo professionale. Per conseguire tali finalità formative, si possono attivare convenzioni con strutture, che rispondano ai requisiti di idoneità per attività, dotazione di servizi e strutture.
I 60 crediti minimi riservati al tirocinio sono da intendersi come impegno complessivo necessario allo studente per raggiungere le competenze professionali “core” previste dal rispettivo profilo professionale.
Il tirocinio professionale comprende:
- sessioni tutoriali che preparano lo studente all’esperienza;
- esercitazioni e simulazioni in cui si sviluppano le abilità tecniche, relazionali e metodologiche in situazione protetta prima o durante la sperimentazione nei contesti reali;
- esperienze dirette sul campo con supervisione;
- sessioni tutoriali e feedback costanti;
- compiti didattici, elaborati e approfondimenti scritti specifici e mandati di studio guidato.
Pianificazione del tirocinio
Il tirocinio professionale dello studente prevede l'impegno totale di 60 CFU di cui: 16 CFU al 1° anno; 20 CFU al 2° anno e 24 CFU al 3° anno.

La valutazione delle competenze acquisite in tirocinio.
Le esperienze di tirocinio devono essere progettate, valutate e documentate nel percorso dello studente. Durante ogni esperienza di tirocinio lo studente riceve valutazioni formative sui suoi progressi sia attraverso colloqui e schede di valutazione.
Al termine di ciascun anno di corso viene effettuata una valutazione sommativa (certificativa) per accertare i livelli raggiunti dallo studente nello sviluppo delle competenze professionali attese. La valutazione viene effettuata da una Commissione presieduta dal Coordinatore della Didattica Professionale (CDP), e composta da almeno un docente e da un Tutor professionale. Tale valutazione è la sintesi delle valutazioni formative, via via, documentate durante l’anno di corso, il profitto raggiunto negli elaborati scritti e le performance delle abilità tecniche assistenziali e relazionali dimostrate all’esame di tirocinio che può essere realizzato con esami simulati, colloqui, prove scritte applicative.
L’esame annuale di tirocinio prevede un unico appello per anno accademico, salvo particolari situazioni per le quali la commissione didattica potrà concedere un appello straordinario.
La valutazione sommativa del tirocinio sarà espressa e registrata nella carriera in trentesimi in base al livello di raggiungimento degli obiettivi. Le modalità di registrazione del voto di profitto sono:
- “assente” pre-iscritto che non ha frequentato alcuna esperienza di tirocinio;
- “ritirato” sospensione durante il tirocinio per problemi di salute, gravidanza o per motivazioni personali;
- “insufficiente” non raggiungimento del livello atteso negli obiettivi formativi (anche se lo studente ha sospeso la frequenza al tirocinio o non sostenuto l’esame finale).
Prerequisiti di accesso al tirocinio.
Il Coordinatore delle attività professionalizzanti, ammette alla frequenza dell’esperienza di tirocinio previsto per l’anno di corso, gli studenti che hanno frequentato regolarmente:
- le attività teoriche, in particolare gli insegnamenti delle discipline professionali e relative alla sicurezza dell’anno in corso e dell’anno precedente
- laboratori professionali ritenuti propedeutici al tirocinio

COMUNICAZIONE DEL PRESIDENTE DEL COLLEGIO DIDATTICO
Carissime Studentesse,
Carissimi Studenti,
di seguito un promemoria relativo alle modalità di erogazione della didattica per il corso di studio in Infermieristica A.A. 2022/2023.
In ottemperanza alle linee guida della Commissione didattica di Ateneo, che prevedono una didattica improntata ad un pieno recupero delle modalità regolari di erogazione in presenza, la Commissione didattica del CdL nella seduta del 29 settembre 2022, ha deliberato il pieno ritorno all’utilizzo della didattica frontale in presenza.
Solo nei casi di comprovata positività al COVID-19, e/o in situazioni di particolare fragilità (sempre correlate alla pandemia) sarà previsto il collegamento sincrono in modalità streaming; a tal proposito ogni Docente, sulla propria pagina web, darà chiare indicazioni sulla modalità di fruizione della didattica.
La modalità asincrona (registrazioni delle lezioni) non è prevista.
