Academic calendar
The academic calendar shows the deadlines and scheduled events that are relevant to students, teaching and technical-administrative staff of the University. Public holidays and University closures are also indicated. The academic year normally begins on 1 October each year and ends on 30 September of the following year.

The teaching introduces the students to the comprehension of healthcare services's organization's, studying their management precepts. It focused on dynamics and fundamental elements wich allow the caring's organization integrating different multidisciplinary caring process, choosing the intervention's priorities and guaranteeing caring continuity.

MM: SOCIOLOGIA DEI PROCESSI ORGANIZZATIVI
------------------------
Providing elements of awareness of the health institution complexity, minding to organizational services such as hospitals, territorial services, MMGs, the class will put attention on the professional diversity as a plurality of different points of view about organisational life. Promoting interdisciplinary work and introducing the logic of organisational power, the class will develop the issue of the new technologies as an opportunity for organizational learning. Starting from general conceptualizations, we will analyze some of the issues related to organizational life in health institutions by promoting a proactive logic of nursing staff. In particular, in the 12 hours the class will deal with questions relating to organizing, organizational culture, gender and management of organizational errors.

The curse topics are: introduction to organisational theory; the representation of organisational functionalities; the organisational culture and one more about organisational risk. Documents and slides are provided referring to the local and the national health systems.

The determinants of Health-:
- The concept and the meaning of health; the “determinants” of health; the constitutional right to the health.
- The role and the contribution of the Health Systems for attaining health.
The Health Systems and the Italian National Health Service (NHS)-:
- The different models of the world’s Health Systems, particularly the “National Health Service” [NHS].
- The Italian legislation and the development of the Health System in Italy: from a health insurance scheme to the National Health Service model. The central Government’s responsabilities and the regional and provincial Authorities’ duties in the health matters.
- The principles, objectives and duties of the National Health Service according to the Law No 833/1978 that established it.
- The need for health and the request for health services.
- Community diagnosis (ascertain the health of the population and the health services provided).
- Criteria and methods for priority setting.
The establishment of the health trusts in the NHS (Legislative Decrees No. 502/92, No. 517/93, No. 29/99): organizational setup and management of the Local Health Trusts (LHT)-:
- Organizational models of the LHTs.
- Methods for the organization of work and for integration: structural and functional departments; multidisciplinary/ multiprofessional teams; guidelines and procedures; organization of the activities into processes.
- Appropriateness, effectiveness and efficiency of the health services provided.
- Essential Health Services.
- Health information System: use of data and indicators for ascertaining the hospital performance and the population health.
- Health planning: national, regional and at health trust’s level.
- Monitoring and evaluation of the performance attained.
- Compulsory (institutional) accreditation of the health services according to the legislation in force.
- Integration between health and social security (welfare) activities.
- Hospital and Primary Health Care integration.
- The Medical records and the Discharge hospital form (SDO): legislative and operational issues.

Carissime Studentesse,
Carissimi Studenti,
di seguito un promemoria relativo alle modalità di erogazione della didattica per il corso di studio in Infermieristica A.A. 2022/2023.
In ottemperanza alle linee guida della Commissione didattica di Ateneo, che prevedono una didattica improntata ad un pieno recupero delle modalità regolari di erogazione in presenza, la Commissione didattica del CdL nella seduta del 29 settembre 2022, ha deliberato il pieno ritorno all’utilizzo della didattica frontale in presenza.
Solo nei casi di comprovata positività al COVID-19, e/o in situazioni di particolare fragilità (sempre correlate alla pandemia) sarà previsto il collegamento sincrono in modalità streaming; a tal proposito ogni Docente, sulla propria pagina web, darà chiare indicazioni sulla modalità di fruizione della didattica.
La modalità asincrona (registrazioni delle lezioni) non è prevista.

La domanda di iscrizione part-time può essere presentata all'inizio di ogni anno accademico e comunque entro il 30 novembre di ogni anno. Entro lo stesso termine, se necessario, lo studente potrà richiedere di tornare al regime full-time. La richiesta va inviata via PEC alla mail ufficio.protocollo@pec.univr.it .
