Academic calendar
The academic calendar shows the deadlines and scheduled events that are relevant to students, teaching and technical-administrative staff of the University. Public holidays and University closures are also indicated. The academic year normally begins on 1 October each year and ends on 30 September of the following year.

Learning outcomes
The course aims to provide students with knowledge and methods to develop relational skills declined in professional and help relationships and in educational relationships. It introduces the student to a global vision of the psychological development of the person in the complexity, of the factors that interact and understanding. of the needs expressed in the request for help, taking into account the stages of development of life and the events that can cross it (illness, mourning, chronicity ..); it also proposes a deepening of the psychological implications of development and illness. It introduces the founding principles of the care relationship, the techniques and strategies for the management of effective communication with the person and the family. THERAPEUTIC EDUCATION the module introduces the student to a global vision of the psychological development of the individual in the complexity, of the factors that interact and to the understanding of the needs expressed in the request for help, taking into account the development phases of life, capacities of the adaptation required in the various evolutionary stages; it also introduces the founding principles of the care relationship, the techniques and strategies for managing effective communication. PRINCIPLES AND TECHNIQUES OF CARING RELATIONSHIP Know and apply the principles and basic techniques of the care relationship to communicate effectively with patients and ensure that the patient can describe his problem and the professional listen, enough to grasp the meaning of what the patient says, as well as knowing how to protect himself from excessive involvement with the patient. CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGY The aim of the module is to provide the theoretical and methodological tools that allow to build and maintain a profitable therapeutic relationship with the patient and family members in the context of care. The acquisition of these skills will enable the undergraduate to increase adherence to therapies, patient satisfaction and quality of life. Specifically, the educational objectives include the acquisition of systematic and up-to-date knowledge on biopsychosociological, cognitive and emotional processes; the acquisition of systematic and updated knowledge on communication and relational techniques in health care; adequate knowledge of methods and tools of investigation in psychology; interdisciplinary knowledge useful for completing training in the context of care relationships; and acquisition of the ability to find the sources necessary to develop effective intervention methods and the ability to critically analyze clinical interventions
Program
Clinical psychology: the basic functions of human thought and behavior that can influence prevention and treatment behaviors; coping and defense mechanisms to the disease; attitudes that influence therapeutic compliance; emotional and psychological implications of caring sick children and terminally ill people.
Principles and techniques of caring relationship: communicative process; models of helping relationship; distortions in communication, characteristics of a good caring relationship; patient's agenda.
Therapeutic education: definitions, aims, recipients of therapeutic education; the stages of educational planning; stages of behaviors change; concept of self-efficacy and locus of control; characteristics of educational counseling, critical analysis of written information/education materials.

Examination Methods
The exam consists in a multiple choice and open questions over the concepts covered in the three courses. 20% of the questions will assess the theoretical knowledge and the conceptual definitions; 40% of the questions will verify the students' ability to apply the learned techniques to the assessment and interpretation of specific scenarios; 40% of the questions will verify the students' ability to apply the learned techniques to solve specific scenarios.
The exam will be passed by achieving the minimum passing score on all three modules.

COMUNICAZIONE DEL PRESIDENTE DEL COLLEGIO DIDATTICO
Carissime Studentesse,
Carissimi Studenti,
di seguito un promemoria relativo alle modalità di erogazione della didattica per il corso di studio in Infermieristica A.A. 2022/2023.
In ottemperanza alle linee guida della Commissione didattica di Ateneo, che prevedono una didattica improntata ad un pieno recupero delle modalità regolari di erogazione in presenza, la Commissione didattica del CdL nella seduta del 29 settembre 2022, ha deliberato il pieno ritorno all’utilizzo della didattica frontale in presenza.
Solo nei casi di comprovata positività al COVID-19, e/o in situazioni di particolare fragilità (sempre correlate alla pandemia) sarà previsto il collegamento sincrono in modalità streaming; a tal proposito ogni Docente, sulla propria pagina web, darà chiare indicazioni sulla modalità di fruizione della didattica.
La modalità asincrona (registrazioni delle lezioni) non è prevista.

La domanda di iscrizione part-time può essere presentata all'inizio di ogni anno accademico e comunque entro il 30 novembre di ogni anno. Entro lo stesso termine, se necessario, lo studente potrà richiedere di tornare al regime full-time. La richiesta va inviata via PEC alla mail ufficio.protocollo@pec.univr.it .
