Program
Principles of safety in the management of drug therapy; Administration of drugs by oral route; Administration of drugs by parenteral route: injection (intramuscular and subcutaneous), intravenous; Peripheral and central venous access: types, indications, management methods; Administration of drugs to the patient with SNG and PEG; Assistance to the patient with Total Parenteral Nutrition; Sampling for blood cultures and blood gas analysis; Preparation and assistance before and after diagnostic tests (EGDS, FBS, Colonoscopy).

Didactic methods
The teaching of the module includes lectures, short exercises, use of microcases, video analysis.
Learning assessment procedures
The course evaluation will be carried out in written form. The written exam will consist of multiple choice and/or short compilation questions and open questions.
Evaluation criteria
The exam will consist of 21 multiple choice and/or short compilation answers, in which knowledge/application objectives will be assessed. The 3 open questions instead require argumentation skills on content, clinical choices, judgment or decision-making skills. Each multiple choice question has a value of 1 point, while each open question has a value of 3 points.
