Food - Nutrition Nutritional assessment: eating habits, anthropometric data, laboratory tests, ability to act, Nutritional alterations: obesity, overweight and malnutrition Assessment with global evaluation of swallowing and dysphagia Multimodal interventions for the management of dysphagia Rest-sleep Principles of a good sleep hygiene and the physiological effects of sleep Assessment of rest-sleep, environmental factors and main disorders (restless legs, sleep apnoea) Effects of sleep interruptions on the person's health Educational and preventive interventions With a physiology teacher: Physiology sleep, health benefits of sleep. Circadian rhythms/sleep-wake rhythm and brain functions Principles of healthy mobility, physical exercise. Movement disorders Lifestyle: exercise and physical activity and effects of a sedentary lifestyle Evaluation of the person's motor system Meaning of bed rest immobilization, physical deconditioning, state of confinement in bed Early mobilization and outcomes and rest in bed: effects and times, effects pathophysiologies on the musculoskeletal, cardiorespiratory, urinary, gastro-intestinal and cognitive systems of disuse and early mobilization. Motor deficits: assessment, degree and causes of deficits and rehabilitation and support interventions for people with mobility deficits. Elements of body ergonomics: risk prevention from manual handling of loads Rehabilitative nursing to maintain ADLs and reduce the risk of disability ADLs, IADLs and disabilities The concept of self-care linked to ADLs Use of aids and aids to promote the person's autonomy Assessment, Barthel scale and healthcare-rehabilitative interventions Immobilization syndrome Definition, psycho-social and physical consequences of bedridden. Measurement methods, normal range and definition of alterations in adults and children Indicators to define monitoring times of vital signs in personal care and use of NEWS2 in acute and home care contexts to define criticality, stability and monitoring timing Learning Outcome Teaching contributes to the achievement of the following learning outcomes: - collect accurate data on the main health problems of patients; - analyze and interpret the data collected through the assessment, plan interventions and evaluate the outcomes; - identify the person's nursing care needs and their reactions related to the disease, ongoing treatments, institutionalization, changes in daily life activities, and perceived quality of life; - use the theoretical principles of caring and the ethical principles that inspire and guide care practice; - demonstrate the ability to cultivate doubts and tolerate uncertainties arising from study and practical activity; - develop the ability to ask questions about the performance of one's activity, relevant to the times, places and interlocutors; Teaching methods Lectures will be used during teaching, associated with exercises guided by the teacher through the use of micro situations, staged cases, video projections, film frames, analysis of clinical cases. Excerpts from biographical readings, testimonies from patients, family members or professionals will be used to discuss and reflect on the perceptions of patients' and family members' needs, the impact of the disease and the temporary or progressive loss of autonomy. Evaluation methods The exam is written with multiple choice and closed-ended questions for knowledge/application objectives, short open-ended questions in which arguments on clinical contents are required for analysis, independent judgment and decision-making objectives. Carissime Studentesse,

Carissimi Studenti,

di seguito un promemoria relativo alle modalità di erogazione della didattica per il corso di studio in Infermieristica A.A. 2022/2023.

In ottemperanza alle linee guida della Commissione didattica di Ateneo, che prevedono una didattica improntata ad un pieno recupero delle modalità regolari di erogazione in presenza, la Commissione didattica del CdL nella seduta del 29 settembre 2022, ha deliberato il pieno ritorno all’utilizzo della didattica frontale in presenza.

Solo nei casi di comprovata positività al COVID-19, e/o in situazioni di particolare fragilità (sempre correlate alla pandemia) sarà previsto il collegamento sincrono in  modalità streaming; a tal proposito ogni Docente, sulla propria pagina web, darà chiare indicazioni sulla modalità di fruizione della didattica.

La modalità asincrona (registrazioni delle lezioni) non è prevista.
