Learning outcomes

Teaching INTRODUCES the STUDENT to the UNDERSTANDING of the PRINCIPLES and criteria that should be guided in its actions towards the user, colleagues of the organization and the professional community; it focuses on the development of a basic knowledge of ethical conduct and professional, that establish the principles of an autonomous professionalism, responsible and consistent with current challenges.

The themes of the code of ethics -Reference values of nursing
-Respect the patient's wishes: examples and integrations with the concept of conscience and conscientious objection
-Protection of the dignity of the patient: link with the subjectivity of pain, Law 63 of pain on the systematic detection of pain, restraint, dignity and will of the assisted.
-Protection the safety of people assisted with analysis of positive responsibility to take charge and to maintain their skills and analysis of the supervision concept as a form of responsibility, (differentiating it from the concept of confrontation)
-The duty of the assistential and professional quality improvement: to keep ABREAST, SELF LEARNING, KNOWLEDGE AND USING OF THE GUIDELINES, CONTINUING EDUCATION AND CONTiNUING MEDICAL EDUCATION SYSTEM .
