The course program includes reflection on the following topics: Organizations and organizational behavior, key concepts: structure, culture, power, environment. The organizational process: communication, language, stereotypes and prejudices. Transition to work and occupational socialization: a first overview. The process of socialization at work. Learning and professional community. The process of transition from student to worker. Entering the world of work: the point of view of new hires and the company. The phase of insertion into work: strategies and techniques. Professionalism and formation of professional identity: concept, dimensions, implications

Didactic methods
The teaching methods adopted consist of: interactive frontal lessons with analysis of films, real situations, exercises on cases/situations. Exercise with analysis and discussion - clinical case shared with all the Teaching Modules - the sociological point of view.
Learning assessment procedures
The test is written and potentially covers all the topics of the program covered during the lessons and the study materials provided. The duration of the module test is included in the duration of the teaching test. The exam of Module SPS/09 is written with multiple choice questions and is included in Block A integrated with the written exam of Modules MED/42 and IUS/07.
Evaluation criteria
The test is positive if the result achieved is = or > a18/30
