Learning objectives
Introducing students to the scenarios of the Maternal and Child Health Area and the women's health sector with a vision of obstetric care models of clinical, organizational and managerial type in Italy in the NHS and international health sector. At the end of the module the student must have knowledge and know how to critically analyze the organizational models of obstetric care in order to increase skills that allow to acquire reading tools, design in the obstetrics field as well as skills to create a professional environment that promotes the excellence of obstetric practice, decision making, responsibility and autonomy of professionals in order to be able to apply the knowledge with a view to the continuous improvement of the quality of performance.

Learning assessment procedures
The student is expected to conduct written examination with preparation of a project work on the implications in 'care of organizational models in obstetrics. Predefined project work preparation timelines correlated with appeal dates defined by the integrated course.
