Learning outcomes

The student will improve knowledge of the pathophysiology of the neuro-musculoskeletal disorders including pain syndromes resulting from acute and chronic diseases, relevant in rehabilitation.
To know the rehabilitative pathways of the main musculoskeletal conditions of physiotherapeutic interest such as, for example: outcomes of orthopaedic-traumatological surgery of the lower limb, upper and trunk; low back pain and cervicalgia; rheumatic diseases. To know and know how to apply the main outcome indicators to measure the patient's clinical improvement.

Program

Pathophysiology and rehabilitative pathways of the main musculoskeletal conditions of physiotherapeutic interest such as, for example: outcomes of orthopedic-traumatological surgery of the lower limb, upper and trunk; lumbago and cervicalgia; rheumatic diseases.
The main outcome indicators to measure the patient's clinical improvement. Pathophysiology and classification of pain syndromes resulting from acute and chronic diseases: nociceptive pain, neuropathic and mixed pain.
Pathophysiology, assessment and guidelines for the treatment of lumbosacral pain syndromes
Physical therapy application in clinical practice.
