Learning outcomes

Fornire conoscenze di base riguardanti la medicina legale e bioetica, l’organizzazione dei servizi sanitari, la sociologia delle organizzazioni sanitarie complesse e multietnicità.

MODULO: MEDICINA LEGALE E BIOETICA Acquisire conoscenze riguardanti i fondamenti di bioetica delle professioni sanitarie e i rapporti fra esse e il diritto; in particolare per quanto riguarda le problematiche delle criticità e degli obblighi che l’esercizio di una professione sanitaria comporta nell’ambito dell’ordinamento legislativo e giurisprudenziale nazionale.

MODULO: ORGANIZZAZIONE DEI SERVIZI SANITARI 23 Acquisire gli elementi di base della organizzazione dei servizi sanitari per comprendere in modo corretto il processo di aziendalizzazione del sistema sanitario, con attenzione alle funzioni decisionali di pianificazione, di budgetig e controllo di qualità e delle relazioni tra i servizî che erogano prestazioni sanitarie.

MODULO: SOCIOLOGIA DELLE ORGANIZZAZIONI SANITARIE COMPLESSE E MULTIETNICITÀ Conoscere i più recenti modelli interpretativi relativi alle organizzazioni complesse con particolare riferimento alle organizzazioni sanitarie, ambienti dove si realizza anche il processo riabilitativo/fisioterapico. Con attenzione al cambiamento organizzativo, all’organizzazione del lavoro, alla multietnicità.

PROGRAM The course program includes reflection on the following topics: "Liquid" modernity and its effects on society and the individual • Work and organizations: from the contribution of the classics to the current study prospects • The processes and organizational dynamics • The cultural aspects of the organization • Organizational change • Healthcare organizations in relation to the context: multi-ethnicity and the challenges of diversity The teaching methods adopted consist of: - frontal lessons, dedicated to the transmission of the basics and key categories, useful for the implementation of theoretical knowledge; - interactive lessons, through the analysis of videos and sample materials, joint discussion, group work and exercises and where possible, the intervention of privileged witnesses, in order to improve learning, applied understanding and working skills in team, relationship and communication. Throughout the academic year, the teacher is available for individual reception by appointment. The monthly calendar of receptions is published on the web under "notices". The assessment of the learning outcomes requires a written test and the final evaluation is expressed in 30/30. The written test consists of a personal paper commenting on the materials under study. This report is aimed at ascertaining: - the ability to learn and the degree of knowledge of the topics on the program - the property of language - the ability to connect knowledge in a systemic form - the analytical and comparison skills between different points of view
