Learning outcomes

1) conoscere le caratteristiche delle molecole e dei composti costituenti la materia vivente; 2) conoscere la relazione struttura e funzione delle classi di macromolecole biologiche; 3) acquisire le nozioni base del metabolismo e delle sue intercorrelazioni, dei principi di bioenergetica, dei meccanismi di regolazione a livello molecolare.


Program

Gli elementi costitutivi la materia vivente, struttura e funzione delle proteine, dei carboidrati, dei lipidi e degli acidi nucleici. Metabolismo glucidico, lipidico e proteico. Ciclo dell’acido citrico e catena respiratoria. Principi di bioenergetica. Intercorrelazioni metaboliche.
