Learning outcomes

• Conoscere le principali teorie psicologiche esplicative delle dinamiche che regolano il funzionamento dei gruppi in generale e dei gruppi di lavoro in particolare
• Sperimentare, attraverso modalità attive ed interattive, i meccanismi di funzionamento del gruppo
• Riflettere sulle proprie esperienze di lavoro in contesti di gruppo

Program

I contenuti verteranno sui più importanti approcci teorici, che spiegano come funzionano i gruppi in generale e nello specifico i gruppi di lavoro, con particolare riferimento alla psicologia sociale. Verranno esaminati inoltre come i gruppi lavorano nelle organizzazioni e come corretti sistemi di gestione del gruppo contribuiscano al benessere organizzativo.
